• Surface: Flat and smooth
• Inner Circle: 4m diameter, 4cm line
• Outer Circle: 16m diameter, 4cm line
• Vertical Clearance: At least 8m
• Triple Hoops: Suspended over center, 50cm above hoop rims

2. Triple Hoops Apparatus

• 3 metal hoops, 50cm diameter
• Foam-covered rims, max 10cm
• Men: 4.75m height, Women: 4.5m
• Triangle layout with mesh inside

3. Official Ball

• Synthetic or ISTAF-approved
• 12 holes, 20 intersections
• Men: 41–43cm, 170–180g
• Women: 42–44cm, 150–160g
• Plain, multicolored, or luminous

4. Team Composition

• 5 players + 1 reserve
• Roster submitted 30 mins before game
• One substitution allowed

5. Player Attire

• Modest, comfortable, no jump-enhancing shoes
• Jerseys with number (1–15), captain wears armband
• Shoes: Rubber-soled
• Optional: Headbands, warm-ups

6. Warm-Up

Only registered players allowed. 2 minutes per team.

7. Game Play

• 30 minutes per team
• Ball tossed across circle, passed before scoring
• No hand contact (except toss)
• Ball is out if it hits the ground, hoop rim, or leaves zone
• Player who faults must toss next

8. Faults

• Hand/arm contact
• More than 3 consecutive touches
• Catching ball intentionally

9. Scoring

• 10 points per legal shot
• Only styles used ≤3 times count
• Disallowed: toss shots, non-listed styles
